No need at all. I can confirm first hand since mine is a 2017 model wagonR with +180K kms and still running strong on 5w30 with no noticeable oil reduction during oil change interval of 5000km. Btw when an engine starts noticeably reducing oil then it's better to top off with new oil rather than using thicker viscosity.
What's the best time to replace the Stock 145/80R13 tyres? It has been 3 years and driven 40K by now.
Also, what's recommended tyre size as replacement 165/70R13 or 175/70R13?
If driven on clean roads then tires can last up to 80K km or more. For more grip, the recommended size is 175 and there is no major difference in fuel consumption either.
