Brother which coating was applied? And how long ago? Why were you using a wash and wax on it?
Btw 2 scenario game hai
Your coating maybe present on paint which you can check by water beading and sheading while washing car. If these are not there your coating most probably will be clogged for which you have to use a fallout remover.
1st scenario: If then coating starts to bead and shead then use a shampoo without any wax in it like Koch chemie gsf or Gtechniq Gwash or Menzerna wash. After washing protect it with a ceramic coating booster like Gtechniq c2v3 or koch chemie sO01(not with a wax at all).
2nd scenario: if no beading and sheading can be seen even after using fallout remover then your coating is gone. For this you will have to use a clay and then polish car by polisher to remove any leftover coating and contamination and after it you can apply a wax or sealant of your choice.
Soft99 fusso will be giving long term protection but will be less in gloss
Soft 99 kiwami will be good in gloss but a little less in longevity.
Btw have you checked koch chemie protector wax. Its a new discovery applied with a foam cannon giving short term protection but very nice gloss
